I'm here to request three features. These make things much more convenient for those of us who tend to use the mouse more than the keyboard ;)
1. A click on the little Taskbar Eliminator icon in the taskbar tray = toggles taskbar functionality (toggles between taskbar is visible or taskbar is hidden).
2. A double-click on the little Taskbar Eliminator icon in the taskbar tray = brings up the Taskbar Eliminator preferences window.
3. In the preferences window, please add a checkbox or a dropdown option which allows the user to choose between the taskbar being visible OR invisible when Windows starts (or when Taskbar Eliminator starts).

The Taskbar completly disapears and programms like snap from the top to the buttom.

Nothing else worked for me so luckly I found Taskbar eleminator!

Hi, I found this nice program and would like change the startmode of this program. I mean, when i start the program, the taskbar should not hide yet. Only when i press CTR+T then should it hide. It is possible to realize?

I have the same issue on windows 10… I find it annoying, so would really love to have a solution for it.

I upgraded from Win XP to Win 10. The Taskbar Eliminator Menu Pops UP and I just need to NOT have that pop up. Please tell me what I need to do. I have been using the product for several years with no issues until now. Leave it up to MS.

Why the taskbar pop up again later 3 mins. aprox.?
I'm using this program in windows 10, this work, but not this get auto close and I need re-open the program.

The ability to customise the hotkeys is a must. I use ALT-T for several things in several programs and can't change most of them, which means TE is a non-starter.

Thanks a lot for the feedback and the background information on why the change of hotkey would be a good feature to include in one of the Custom Builds. It is not included in any version as of today, I will see if we can add this functionality together with some other requests.

If you need the user to be able to use a hotkey and toggle the start menu on/off without showing the menu, then maybe we can create a Custom Build for that. Tell us what you need.

Hi Eric,

I have not tried it but it believe it would work, if you have problems getting it to work over the network. You could easily include the file itself in the GPO and put it locally on the users machines. In the autostart just reference the exe file. If you need any custom behaviour that is not covered by our existing Custom Builds. Please let me know and I can look into creating something that cover your needs.
